Use the right guide for the task in front of you

Keep the support path simple. Start with the quick start guide when you are setting up a dongle for the first time. Move to the user manual when you need deeper reference detail. Use EasySetup when you want to upgrade the firmware of your dongle or if kyou have a 3rd party router that you'd like to pair the dongle to.

Quick Start Guide

Best when you need the shortest setup path and the key steps in the right order.

Users Manual

Best when you need full reference detail, operating guidance, or a step you want to check again.

EasySetup

Best when you want to access the dongle via a Web UI to configure your dongle manually.

Frequently asked questions

Use these answers to decide which support resource to open first for your HaLowLink Driverless USB Dongle.

What should I do if none of the LEDs on Dongle is coming on?

No lights usually mean the dongle is not getting any power at all and the first thing you should do is test it on another USB port. You can also test the ports by using another USB device to see if it powers up, or simply connect a USB cable to the port to see if it charges your phone.

When should I use the user manual instead of EasySetup?

Use the user manual when you need full reference detail instead of a guided flow. It is the better choice when you want to confirm a setting, review operating steps, or go back to a specific part of the setup without moving through a guided sequence from start to finish.

What should I do if I still need help after checking these resources?

If you have worked through the Quick Start Guide, the user manual, or EasySetup and the issue is still present, raise a support ticket with the steps you already tried. That gives the support team the shortest path to the next diagnostic step for your HaLowLink dongle.
