About Account Deletion
The HalowLink app provides a built-in option for you to permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. This ensures you have full control over your personal information at all times.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account credentials.
- All connected device configurations and history.
- Usage data, preferences, and app settings.
- Any other data associated with your account.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps within the HalowLink app to delete your account:

Open the HalowLink App
Launch the HalowLink app on your device and log in to your account. -
Navigate to Profile
Tap on the Profile section, accessible from the app's main navigation. -
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down within the Profile section and tap the "Delete Account" button. -
Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
This action is irreversible. Once you confirm account deletion, all your data will be permanently purged from our systems. There is no way to recover your account or any associated information after deletion.
