Ensure your surroundings are well lit to improve QR code readability. 2. Close the HaLowLink app. Reopen the app and try pairing again. 3. Check the App Store or Play Store to ensure that you have the latest app version. 4. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, proceed to the Manual Pairing Procedure. #### **Missing QR Code** If you're unable to find the QR code because it has either been removed or deteriorated, proceed to the Manual Pairing Procedure below. #### **Manual Pairing Procedure:** 1. Your Access Point (AP) must be paired and connected to the internet. Check the HaLowLink app for the "Online" status. 2. On the Access Point, hold the SET button for 1 second. 3. On the Extender or Camera, hold the SET button for 1 second. 4.
